Michael DiSimone is in our spotlight for this week’s St. Clair Inn newsletter. He will be in charge of bringing world-class cuisine to the St. Clair area. 

Michael is a native of St. Clair and knows how vital the Inn is to the area. Stating that “I started here as a busboy at 17, I grew up here, it’s amazing to see how the redevelopment is taking place”. 

Michael has spent his career in many legendary food cities such as Chicago, Washington D.C, and New Orleans. He plans on using that experience to make sure the Inn has the correct staff and menus to deliver a world-class dining experience to all of the restaurants. 

He assured the community that the Inn is coming along, but care and respect for the Inn take time. When talking about the owners, he said, “The owners have spared no expense, everything that we’re doing is to the highest standard. There is no cost-cutting and no corner-cutting” creating even more excitement and anticipation for the Inn’s opening.
